Very relaxing and quiet very happy.
Thought that the family room would have had a dvd player for the kids! Pretty small dislike though.Thought it had a trundle being a deluxe family room? May have mis read info though.

We really enjoyed our stay there, but was a little disapointed that we were not informed that when we booked on our credit card details were only being held, we hadn't paid for the room and no one informed us that payment hadn't been made and that you pay when your leaving. The guys behind the desk and so, so lovely what you would expect at a resort like that but the lady was very very rude not just to us but to everyone she was very short with people not very good customer service just plain dam rude....

The location was great - 2 min walk to the marina and shops. Well presented rooms and clean.
The cafe is never really open. You cant even get a coffee even though reception stand right next to the coffee machine all day. I did book a 'bay view room'... But you couldnt really see the bay from the room. Only a glimpse of water. All in all...a great place to stay.
